Creating & managing maps

Maps are owned by your organisation, so anyone in the workspace with the right role can open and edit them.

From your dashboard, create a new map and give it a name. You can start from an empty map and build it up in the braindump / editing mode, or import data from a spreadsheet.

Map names can be changed at any time. Renaming does not affect the map’s data or its revision history.

A map is private — visible only to signed-in members of the owning organisation. A “public” visibility setting exists in the data model but has no UI to change it yet, and every map route currently requires being signed in regardless — there’s no way to open a map without an account today, public or not.

Deleting a map removes its nodes’ placements, connections, saved views, sessions, and revisions. Nodes that appear on other maps are not removed.
